Learn how to build capacity

Use the contact page to get more information about building capacity for individuals and organizations. My book, Your Unfinished Business: Find God in Your Circumstances, Serve Others in Theirs, explains the spiritual foundation of servanthood. In response to requests, I've since formalized it into programs on personal development and organizational leadership.

The programs support fund-raising and are free to churches and other non-profits. In addition to speaking or presenting a workshop, I donate copies of my book to the organization for fund-raising. Organizations keep all the proceeds. Want a customized program? Use the contact page to set it up.

Your Unfinished Business

Learn how the servanthood model can guide your quest for development, provide a framework for decision-making, and stay on the path of continuous growth.

Let the servanthood model help you create an organization that provides products and services  in ways that exemplify the character of Jesus Christ and transform their stakeholders’ lives.

Call to Calling

Use the servanthood model to  identify what you’re called to do and what happens when it becomes your calling. Develop your own Purpose, Mission, and Vision statements to align yourself with your master’s priorities.

Develop your organization’s Purpose, Mission, and Vision statements so you can use the Alignment Matrix to align your organizational objectives and activities with your noble purpose and the well-being of your stakeholders.

Priorities to Practices

Apply the servanthood model to turn your knowledge of God’s priorities into your instincts for action. Then you’ll be able to develop your Life Map to synchronize your activities for growth with the assets entrusted to you (your time, talents, and treasure).

Transcend servant leadership and other leadership models when the servanthood model helps you institutionalize your master’s priorities. Learn how to use a Synchronization Calendar to turn those priorities into a culture of execution.
Vision to Value

Journal to Journey

Internalize the servanthood model by turning your Prayer Journal into a tool for continuous growth. Your Prayer Journal will be unlike anything you’ve done before and will turn your prayer life into a life of prayer.

Embark on a path of continuous organizational transformation by turning your Prayer Journal into a tool that brings your organization’s portfolio of projects and programs into the care of the master you serve.

 Planning

What's right for you?

Keynotes and seminars. Ranging from 15 minutes to an hour, keynotes and seminars acquaint listeners with the topic in levels of detail appropriate for the time available. Keynotes usually don’t include practical exercises, but seminars may.

Workshops. Focused sessions from 2 hours to a half-day on a single topic, designed to explore the topic’s details. Workshops engage participants in practical exercises to reinforce the learning. Longer workshops will qualify participants to lead their own small groups on this topic.

Retreats and conferences. Keynotes focus participants on specific aspects of the topic to prepare them for more intense interaction during breakout sessions.

Consultation, facilitation, charettes, and coaching. One-to-one or one-to-a few pro bono engagements with non-profit organizations or individuals to accomplish a specific objective.
