Individuals are called to grow in servanthood
The four C's of growth help us grow rightly so we can glow brightly

Like the four C's jewelers apply to diamonds, we have four C's as well. Pursuing the unfinished business of servanthood makes these areas shine brightly because it's how you can find ways to integrate your service into your daily work and activities.

Connection

Knowing we're unconditionally accepted by someone else.

Commitment

A willingness to adhere to our priorities sets us apart for an extraordinary life.

Contentment

The fruit of pursuing our unfinished business is contentment in all circumstances.

Change

Our growing effectiveness in pursuing the unfinished business of servanthood gives us strength to weather change and be an example to others. That means we can be effective agents for positive change.

The four C's are the outcome of a strong position (being) and a dynamic process (becoming).

Being

Our position as servants

Serving a master means we stand on a foundation.

Pursuing the master's priorities means we stand for something.

Gaining a return for the master means we can stand and deliver.

Becoming

Our ongoing process of growth

Our relationship with our master develops our character.

Pursuing the master's priorities instead of our own leads us to greater responsibility.

Meeting others' needs and pointing them to the master is the result of our growth.
